Cyclist injured in collision with car on A24 in Worthing

Police are seeking witnesses to a collision between a car and a cyclist on the A24 in Worthing on Wednesday (July 7).

Officers received reports of a collision involving a silver Kia and a cyclist near the junction with Cissbury Road in Broadwater around 11.15am. The cyclist - a 41-year-old woman from Worthing - was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

The driver - a 27-year-old woman from Lancing – was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, common assault and possession of cannabis. She has been released under investigation, pending further enquiries.

Anyone who saw what happened or who may have captured the incident on dash cam is urged to email or call 101 quoting serial 452 of 07/07.

Details:  A laptop was stolen from a kitchen table.
Burglary other than Dwelling
Reference: 1601 7th July
Location: Puttick Drive, West Tarring
Date and time: Between 0100hrs and 1300hrs 7th July
Details: A padlock was broken on a bike shed and a bike was stolen.
