5 Batteries, 2 Shovels, 1 Cement Mixer, 1 Wheelbarrow, 2 Strimmers,
1 Trailer, 2 Hedge Trimmers, 4 Chainsaws, 6 Quadbikes, 1 Go-Kart,
1 Blower and 1 Woodcutter.
Value of goods and damage £49,540.00.
Please be aware that it is the time of year when travellers move about and look for new sites to place their caravans, if you see travellers breaking into sites please call 999 and quote the exact area they are at.
More news on this next week but as I type this Officers from Rother have just arrived back after spending most of the day recovering what is believed to be items stolen from Sussex and Kent, valued at many thousands of pounds.

Sussex Police rely heavily on people like you to advise them of any suspect vehicle hanging around of entering you property. Please, if you see any such vehicle contact the police on the non-emergency number 101 with as much information as possible. This includes date and time, where and a good description of the vehicle including the reg no and of any people. Please do not put yourself in any danger but if possible take a photograph.

Monday 22nd June 2020 to Sunday 28th June 2020
A steel container on a farm in Bognor Regis has been broken into, nothing appears to have been stolen but around £200.00 worth of damaged has been caused to the locks.
Brighton & Hove
5 Batteries valued at £400.00, used to power electric fencing, have been stolen from a farm in West Ashling Chichester.
Two children were reported to have entered a building site in Newlands Lane Chichester and were playing with diggers and equipment.
A cyclist came across a dog walker with 2 dogs in Shoreham Road Steyning, one of which had killed 2 sheep, the other dog jumped into the river. Enquiries are ongoing.
A farm in Wells Lane Lewes has been forcefully entered and a Cement Mixer, 2 Shovels and a Wheelbarrow were all stolen. Vale £390.00.
A farm in Barcombe Mills Road Barcombe Mills has had 2 sections of barbed wire cur from its boundary.
A farm in College Lane Hurstpierpoint Hassocks has been entered and the intruder(s) deliberately forced a lock and chain from the gatepost and then opened the gate to its full extent to enable the bovines to mix.
HERITAGE St Leonards Church in Church Road Crawley has been broken into, by person/s unknown, by smashing the door frame, estimated cost of repairs is £500.00, an outbuilding was also entered and a strimmer valued at £250.00 was stolen.
Around 04:30 hours a farmer in the Ashburnham area of Battle heard a dog barking and looked out but could not see anything untoward. When visiting the sheep later he found 1 dead and 3 injured, 2 of which has possible broken legs. Did you see or hear anything, if so please call it in on the non-emergency number 101.
An Ifor Williams Trailer 9model unknown) has been stolen from premises in Ebdens Hill St Leonards on Sea, on looking back through their CCTV it was discovered that it had been stolen on 09/06/2020, it can be clearly seen on the back of a Nissan Navara. Valued at £4,000.00.
ESF&R inform us that there has been multiple different fires in Buckholt Lane Bexhill on Sea. So for nobody has been injured.
An outbuilding to a farm in Ewehurst Green Robertsbridge had been forcefully entered and a large quantity of items were stolen, these include a Hedge Trimmer, a Chainsaw and a Honda 500 Quadbike with a sprayer on the back. Value of haul £10,500.00
An outbuilding to a farm in Netherfield has been broken into And a Chainsaw and a Hedge trimmer were stolen. Also stolen was a Yamaha ATV value of theft £3,500.00.
Premises in Brightling Road Robertsbridge were broken into and 2 Quadbikes and a quantity of tools were stolen, These include a green Yamaha 550 and a child’s blue Honda 90, a Strimmer, a Backback Blower and 2 Chainsaws, value of haul £12,300.00.
A farm in College Lane Hurstpierpoint Hassocks was entered and deliberately opened the gate between two fields of beef cattle to enable the Bovines to mix, the intruder/s also ripped a chain and lock from the gate post.
A farm in the Polegate area and an outbuilding has been entered where a Quadbike and a go-kart have gone missing. Estimated value £7,500.00.
A wood cutter valued at £10,000.00 has been stolen from a farm in Ketches Lane Uckfield.
