Reported loose animals on the highway this week is 27.
This is made up by 15 Cows, 10 Sheep and 2 Horses.
 
With the ground being so wet and the shortage of grazing it is vital that you check your boundary hedges and fences several times each day as fences are much easier to push over.

Value of stolen goods including damage £215,825.00.

Overnight a farm in Midhurst was entered and the Sat Navs and receivers were stolen from 4 tractors. Estimated value £20,000.00.

A red Ifor Williams 506 horse trailer has been stolen overnight from farm premises in Plaistow / Loxwood, Billingshurst, by cutting the gate chain. The serial number is SCK40000085047042. It is 8 years old and valued at £2,500.00.  What is unusual about this trailer is that it is completely red, most have a white top.

2 paintings of Stik have been stolen from a storage unit on a farm ion the Midhurst area. They are valued at £150,000.00.

A barn in the Hunston area of Chichester has been forcefully entered and various power tools were stolen, these include 1 x Styhl strimmer, 1 x Petrol strimmer, 1 x Leaf blower, 1 x Black & Decker Chainsaw, 1 x Chainsaw, 1 x Kawasaki Hedge trimmer and 1 x Hyundai  post borer. Estimated value £1,800.00.

HERITAGE Criminal damage has been done to the 1802 Scheduled Grade 11 listed building, The Martello Tower in Eastbourne, by painting graffiti being onto its walls. Scheduled Grade 11 listed building. 0427 on 2nd sheet A farm in Wiston, Steyning, was forcefully entered and stolen a Black 66 plate Nissan Vivara pickup truck was stolen, the intruders also un-successfully attempted to steal a  Transit van. Estimated value £16,000.00.
