Reported items stolen in the last week include
2 strimmer’s, 1 telescopic long arm saw, 2 hedge trimmers,
1 leaf blower, 1 Lawn mower, 1 cement mixer, 1 generator,
2 chainsaws, 1 chainsaw bar, 1 disc cutter, equestrian equipment,
2 excavators, 1 jig cutter pulveriser, 450 litres red diesel,
1 jet wash, 1 bowser, 1 copper tank.
The total value of reported rural crime this week is £158,300.00.

A male in his 30’s together with a female also in her 30’s entered a property in Bognor Regis and started stealing plumbing parts from a vehicle parked there, when approached they put the goods back and drove off.
An outbuilding to a farm in Tortington Arundel has been entered forcefully entered and various items were stolen, these include, 2 Husqvarna strimmer’s, 1 Styhl telescopic saw, 2 hedge cutters 1 standard and 1 long arm, 1 leaf blower, 1 Honda HRX476S Lawnmower, 1 cement mixer, 1 Honda generator, 2 Husqvarna chainsaws I a 395XP and 1 372XP, 1 Connan double ended chainsaw bar, and 1 Styhl disc cutter. Value of haul and damage £10,000.00.
Brighton & Hove
A yard in Aldington Drive Chichester was entered overnight and the back ramp of a lorry was lowered, a search appears to have been made but nothing seems to have been taken.
A stable yard in Coolham Road Horsham has been broken into and equestrian equipment has been stolen, this includes saddles, rugs, bridles and riding wear. A crowbar was left at the scene. Value £650.00.

A farm in Spatham Lane Hassocks has been broken into and various units forcefully entered, although things have been moved about nothing seems to be missing.
A van owner in East Grinstead has an alarm fitted to his vehicle that sounds in his house in the event of it being entered, at 04.00 hours the alarm went off the owner ran outside and shouted at two male intruders who ran off empty handed.
A farm in Junction Road Bodium that was broken into last week (ref 275/04/20190), has had a repeat crime and some £200.00 worth of Red Diesel has been stolen.
A farm in Barnhorn Road Bexhill on Sea has been entered by persons in a Blue Transit van with a white bonnet on a 08 plate and stolen 2 bags of scrap metal. Value un-known.
2 males with a Lurcher dog and a high powered torch, were seen hare coursing in Bodium, they had a silver/white Fiesta van on a 60 plate.
Premises in New Road Hailsham have been entered and a Jet wash and Bowser worth £3,500.00 were stolen.
A farm in Butchersfield Lane Hartfield has been entered and a copper tank worth £400.00 was stolen.
A farm in Ketches Lane Sheffield Park Uckfield has been entered and 200/250 litres of red diesel worth £250.00 was stolen.
