Numerous arrests were made over the week in Arun and Chichester. The offences included:- drunk and disorderly, excess alcohol, possession of Class B, actual bodily harm, criminal damage, drink driving, shoplifting, drug driving, breach of court bail, affray, breach of the peace and harassment.

Essex Road, Orchard – Overnight on Tuesday 13 March, a car was broken into and a sat nav stolen.  Serial 0208 of 14/03.  


Newtown Avenue, Bersted – Overnight on Wednesday 14 March, a vehicle was entered via unknown means and keys and other personal items stolen.  Serial 0124 of 15/03.




Littlehampton, Arundel and Surround


One moped and two motorcyles were recovered on Sunday 11 March after they were spotted riding around the Angmering and Rustington area illegally.   Two males were arrested for theft of a motor vehicle and possession of drugs.  They have been released under investigation whilst officers continue their enquires.   


Rectory Lane, Clapham – Overnight on Sunday 11 March, fuel was syphoned from a vehicle.   Serial 0178 of 12/03.


Winchester Road, Rustington – Between Tuesday 14 and Thursday 15 March, a garage was broken into; no items were stolen.  Serial 0627 of 15/03.


Oakcroft Gardens, Littlehampton – Overnight on Friday 16 March there was an attempt break to a property where damage was caused to a rear window; no entry was gained.  Serial 0231 of 17/03.


The Street, Rustington – Overnight on Friday 16 March, there was an attempt break to shop to the rear door.   Serial 0588 of 17/03.  


Grove Road, Littlehampton – There was a report of an unoccupied property having been entered and damage being caused to the windows.  Serial 0837 of 17/03.


Angmering Road, Littlehampton – Overnight on Wednesday 14 March, a van was broken into and power tools stolen.  Serial 0248 of 15/03.
