News and appeals


Numerous arrests were made over the weekend in Arun and Chichester. The offences included:- wanted on warrant, disqualified driving, excess alcohol, drug driving, domestic assault, possession of class A drug, actual bodily harm, possession of class B drug and drunk and disorderly. 


Anti-social behaviour by youths in Bognor Regis and Littlehampton will not be tolerated. 


Extra patrols mounted in efforts made to identify offenders.

Crime summary

Bognor Regis


Walsham Close, Felpham – Overnight on Monday 12 February a vehicle was entered via unknown means and loose change stolen.  Serial 0798 of 13/02.


Shripney Road, Orchard – On Saturday 17 February a vehicle was entered via unknown means.  Items stolen include:- Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo, Compaq laptop computer in black bag.   Serial 0467 of 18/02.     


Littlehampton, Arundel and Surround


Lawrence Avenue, Rustington – Between Friday 9 February and Monday 12 February, there was an attempt break to a property, no entry was gained.   Serial 1404 of 12/02


Ruston Park, Rustington – Between Sunday 11 February and Tuesday 13 February, there was an attempt break to a property; damage was caused to doors and a window however no entry was gained.  Serial 0603 of 13/02.


Toddington Lane, Wick – On Wednesday 14 February, during the early hours of the morning there as an attempt break to a commercial business; no entry was gained.  Serial 0872 of 14/02.


Middle Mead, Littlehampton – Overnight on Wednesday 14 February, there was an attempt break to a property; no entry was gained.  Serial 0288 of 15/02.


Older Way, Angmering – On Friday 16 February, there was an attempt break to a property; no entry was gained.  Serial 0430 of 16/02.


Water Lane, Angmering – Overnight on Thursday 15th February, diesel was siphoned from a vehicle.   Serial 0046 of 17/02.
